  • Your Life, Your Voice (a site dedicated to helping youth with issues of abuse and more)

  • Pandys.org (Pandora's Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing information, support, and resources to survivors of rape and sexual abuse and their friends and family. We have been devoted to recovery and healing since 1999)

  • LoveIrespect (Do you want to help a friend or  loved  one who's in an unhealthy relationship? Is your relationship healthy?  If not, do you know what to do? Check out this site to answer those question and learn much more about healthy relationships)
  • That's Not Cool  A Teen site dedicated to advocate for healthy teen relationships, and on and off line.
  • childhelp (a great place to turn to if you are troubled and seeking emergency help.  Professional counselors can help you and direct you if you are at risk of being abused)
  • Alaska 211 (is a free, confidential, health and human services information and referral system brought to you by United Ways of Alaska.  Providing essential services such as finding basic needs such as food, shelter, childcare, or locating resources for families, youth, older individuals or individuals with disabilities)
  • CRNA  Local Crisis Line 24 hr .  You can call 320-1520 and someone will be available to help you.
  • Stomp Out Bullying  STOMP Out Bullying was born with the passion and commitment to help all youth in need. Are you being or have you been bullied or cyberbullied? Are you going through a rough time because of it?  You are not alone!

    The STOMP Out Bullying™ HelpChat Line is a free and confidential online chat that helps youth ages 13-24 ONLY with issues around bullying and cyberbullying; as well as providing support to youths who may be at risk of suicide.
    Netzsmart Cyberbullying, gaming, meeting offline, reporting obscene photos or videos, this site helps explain it all with videos, links and real life stories.
